Welcome to PickMyBox! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our lunch box delivery services ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PickMyBox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the App immediately.

2. User Accounts

To place an order, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Services

PickMyBox offers a lunch box delivery service from home to schools/offices. We strive to deliver Lunch Boxes within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Orders and Payment
  • 4.1 Ordering Process: All orders placed through the App are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. You will receive an order confirmation once payment is successfully processed.
  • 4.2 Payment: Payment can be made through credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment method accepted by the App.
  • 4.3 Cancellation Policy: Once the subscription was done, Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame
5. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on the App are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price during subscription, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver your lunch box orders within the time specified during the checkout process. However, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or demand. If your order is delayed or undeliverable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

7. Restrictions on Use

When using PickMyBox, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
  • Disrupt the operation of the App or introduce any harmful software, malware, or viruses.
  • Use any automated systems (e.g., robots, scrapers) to access the App.
8. Limitation of Liability

PickMyBox and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are owned by PickMyBox or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the App without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradhesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Andhra Pradhesh.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
